Fees & Booking

Session fees

We believe our fees fairly reflect the value of our service, no less our experience and training.

Service Duration Fee
Individual psychosexual therapy 50 mins £90
Couple psychosexual therapy 50 mins £130
Individual Counselling 50 mins £90
Extended couple session 80 mins £180

Payment is taken by bank transfer or card 24 hours in advance of each session. All fees are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

Frequency & duration

Most clients attend weekly or fortnightly, particularly during the first phase of work. As progress is made, some clients space sessions further apart — this is always reviewed collaboratively with your therapist.

Typical lengths of treatment vary by presentation:

  • Brief focused work (e.g. premature ejaculation) : often 6–10 sessions
  • Standard psychosexual work : typically 8–16 sessions
  • Rauma-informed or longer-term work : may extend beyond 16 sessions, always reviewed together

Cancellation & rescheduling

We ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made inside this window are charged at the full session fee — this allows us to hold your time reliably and is standard across specialist clinical practice.

If you're unwell or facing an emergency, contact us as early as you can and we will always do our best to accommodate.

Have any questions?

Q1. How long will I have to wait for an appointment?

When you contact us, we will get back to you within a few hours. It will always be our aim to see you within 48 hours. Although we are a very busy counselling organization, we ensure we always keep a few appointments free every day to accommodate new clients.

Q2. How long does a session last?

A counselling session lasts 50 minutes with another few minutes to schedule further appointments, answer any questions and bring the session to a close before you leave.

Q3. Can we have a longer session?

Some clients, especially couples, prefer a longer session. We do offer longer sessions. These are usually 90 minutes.

Q4. Do we need to prepare for the first session?

There is no need to prepare anything for us on a first session or go into too much detail during your initial call. If you are part of a couple, we prefer not to be given any details about the relationship until you are both in the room.

Q5. What can I expect at my first session?

During your first counselling session, the counsellor will assess the nature of the challenges and issues you are presenting to them. As the counsellor gathers the relevant information, they will be taking notes to ensure they can build a support plan specific to your needs. We will also want you to ask questions to ensure you know what to expect from your counselling process

Q5. Do you provide phone or email counselling?

We do provide telephone, email and Skype sessions. This means we can work with you wherever you are in the world. Some clients will also use these services if they simply cannot get to our consulting rooms.

Take the first step — today

Most clients describe the first session as a relief. A confidential conversation, no pressure, no commitment beyond that hour.
